Manufacture Standards of 3P UPVC and 3P CPVC Pipes and Fittings

3P CPVC are manufactured in Grey colors. This solution is suitable for hot water application. Available in sizes ½ inch to inches, and standard length of 6 meters.

3P UPVC pipes manufactured in Grey and white colors, other colors upon customer’s request. Available in size ½ inch to 8 inches; in standard length of 6 meters, other sizes will be upon customer’s request also.

Fittings are Available as per the following:

3P UPVC and CPVC pipes and fittings are manufactured according to ASTM standard (American Society for Testing and Materials) as per the following:

ASTM D-1784 This specification covers rigid PVC and CPVC compounds used for pipe extrusion and molded fittings.

ASTM D-1785 suitable for UPVC pipe requirements and test methods for schedule 40 and schedule 80.

ASTM D-2466 for schedule 40 UPVC plain socket pressure fittings.

ASTM D-2467 covers schedule 80 UPVC plain socket pressure fittings.

ASTM D-1784 covers schedule 80 UPVC threaded socket pressure fittings.

ASTM F-441 covers schedule 80 CPVC pressure pipes.

ASTM F-441 covers schedule 80 CPVC socket pressure pipes.

ASTM D-2665 covers schedule 40 DWV-UPVC pipes.
